Only 4 people live on this whole floor, so it’s always quiet and private. The staff here are incredibly nice! I’d never leave if the building wasn’t getting renovated next academic year. Security is top-notch too. The residence often holds fun little events with free cakes, hot dogs and mini burgers 🍔. You’ll also find a launderette, gym, communal lounge, shared kitchen and cinema room for daily use. A bus stop is right at the entrance with direct rides to the city centre. A supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away. It takes 17 mins to walk downtown, 27 mins to the main campus and 20 mins to the train station. 📌 Rental rules & price Minimum stay: 1 month.
