From my personal experience, you’ll barely ever queue for showers or toilets—there are plenty of restrooms on each floor. Communal areas get cleaned daily on weekdays, so the kitchen and bathrooms always stay spotless. My flatmates are friendly and tidy, such a lucky match! The shared kitchen has all the space you need for cooking.
