This 18㎡ studio is ideal for summer stays and pre-sessional course students. The room is spotlessly clean and will be deep cleaned prior to your arrival. Situated on the 4th floor (UK level). Being north-facing, it stays pleasantly cool throughout summer, as air conditioning is not provided in UK student accommodations. 📍 Location - 3-minute walk to bus stops - 30 mins by direct bus to Highfield Campus - 20 mins by bus to Avenue Campus (great for pre-sessional students) - 4-minute walk to a Chinese supermarket and Lidl 📋 Sublet Terms - Official tenancy transfer will be processed. I will cover the transfer fee to guarantee security for both parties. - My refund will be issued by the accommodation office 14 days after you check in. - Short-term lets are not accepted. Price can be further negotiated for full tenancy. - No deposit or transfer fee. Only a booking deposit and final balance are required. - All payments are made via the official accommodation website.
