Free shared washing machine, reliable heating, and a combined oven-microwave provided. Top-floor studio facing southeast with fantastic natural light. The price is very competitive for a studio of this standard. Prices will differ if you wish to rent until early September, as the residence hasn’t released rates for this transition period yet. If extending to September, a small number of my belongings will stay stored in the room (I’m renewing my tenancy afterwards), but they won’t take up much space, hope you don’t mind! I’ll leave lots of daily essentials for your use outside storage: rice cooker, hair dryer, kettle, frying pan, storage racks, side table, fan, hangers, hooks and more.
