This is a brand-new student residence built in 2025 ✨ All rooms and facilities are modern and spotlessly clean. Numerous restaurants and supermarkets are downstairs, and you can get discounts with your room card. There are spacious gym facilities, communal areas and launderettes on site. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to all campuses of the University of Manchester. Your three flatmates are all Chinese international students (two guys and one girl).
