Even on days when you don’t feel like going out, you can work out, watch a movie, play games, or hang out with friends right inside the building. It’s much more convenient than a regular student accommodation. There is also Chinese-speaking reception staff, which is especially helpful if you’re new to the UK. Communication is much easier, and it’s more reassuring when you need help with anything. 📅 Tenancy 5 September 2026 – 27 August 2027 The tenancy covers the full academic year, making it a great option for students starting in September. 💰 Rent Official price: £350/week My sublet price: £300/week All bills are included, so you don’t need to worry about extra utility costs or sudden heating bills in winter. The sublet will go through the official apartment transfer process, so everything is safe, formal, and properly handled. I’ll cover the price difference, which means you only need to pay £300/week.
