Official contract transfer is available for students with a student visa, while private transfer works for other visa holders. Your flatmates are warm and easy-going. Everyone keeps communal areas tidy and stays quiet. Showers are fitted in both bathrooms. Apart from a few minor flaws, this is truly a great place to live. Feel free to come for a viewing.
